In 2013, the need arose to provide online support for B2B communication and sales processes. This led to the creation of the Sales Support Site (ÉTO).
During the design phase, it was essential that the roughly 15,000 users working within Szerencsejáték Zrt. and its partner network could navigate the new system's features with complete ease, regardless of their varying levels of internet proficiency, so that using the ÉTO would pose no difficulty to anyone.
For implementing the system, the PHP programming language and the Symfony framework, together with the MySQL database management system, proved to be the perfect choice, and so we launched the project using these technologies.
