The company's management considered it essential that fuel inventory, consumption, trip logs, and machine operation records be tracked using up-to-date methods requiring no human intervention with respect to fuel usage. We managed the replacement of the fuel dispensing machine and carried out the IT and network development work in a way that did not disrupt day-to-day operations. Following the changeover, we supported the rollout of the new system with training sessions and professional assistance. As a result of our work, the fuel procurement process was standardized and paper-based transactions were eliminated from it. As a result, refueling data is now transferred in real time and automatically into the Trip Log Management and Inventory Management systems, where it is processed, inventoried, and verified automatically.
